Our Goals
At Hebrew School of the Arts, our goal is to give every child a warm, joyful, and meaningful Jewish education.
We want our students to:
- Feel a strong love for Judaism and pride in being Jewish
- Discover the Torah and the story of the Jewish people
- Understand how Jewish teachings are meaningful in today’s world
- Learn about Jewish traditions, mitzvot, and values
- Experience the Jewish holidays in a hands-on and memorable way
- Build Hebrew reading and writing skills
- Learn basic Hebrew words and prayers
- Feel comfortable participating in Jewish life and services
- Develop a connection to Israel and the Jewish people
- Feel safe asking questions and sharing their thoughts about G-d, Torah, and Judaism

What Our Students Learn
At Hebrew School of the Arts, students build a strong foundation in Jewish life, learning, and pride. They explore:
JEWISH HOLIDAYS: The meaning, traditions, stories, foods, and mitzvot that make each holiday special.
TORAH: The stories and lessons of the Torah, taught in a way that is meaningful, age-appropriate, and easy to connect with.
HEBREW READING: Hebrew letters, sounds, and reading skills, with each child progressing at their own pace.
JEWISH VALUES: Kindness, giving, gratitude, respect, responsibility, and the importance of doing good.
JEWISH IDENTITY: A sense of pride, belonging, and connection to Judaism, Israel, and the Jewish people.
Learning Through Creativity
Children learn best when they can see, touch, create, and experience what they are learning.
Through art, music, baking, building, drama, games, and hands-on projects, Jewish learning becomes exciting, memorable, and real.

$1,100
Synagogue membership is not required. Affiliated and non-affiliated are welcome. Payment plans available.
No child will be turned away for lack of funds.
